Managing Distractions & Staying in Rhythm

This workshop focuses on the identification and removal of barriers that negatively impact productivity and time management.

It’s been said that busy people make time. That’s true for many of us. People who have the most to do, tend to get more done than people who have less to do. As it happens, this has as much to do with time management and efficiency as it does with finding your own rhythm.

Productivity doesn’t mean getting a lot of things done as fast as possible, but getting important things done consistently. It is about managing your energy, not so much your time.

This workshop will look more deeply at:

  • A common productivity myth that prevails despite evidence to the contrary.

  • A highly-effective strategy for getting things done - even on tight deadlines.

  • The importance of finding and creating your own rhythm.
