The Impact of Being in Flow
Huge creativity and productivity happens, often unexpectedly, when people are in flow.
Flow, also known as “being in the zone”, is the mental state of operation in which the person being active is fully emerged and focused in his or her work without being conscious of time and space.
Because flow is associated with achievement, its enhancement could have concrete implications in increasing workplace satisfaction and accomplishment.
Understanding the rhythm of upbeats and downbeats (highs and lows) is crucial for all managers and organizations, but also for its employees, as it is a powerful law of physics that profoundly affects human productivity and therefore impacts business.
Attendees will learn how polarity in rhythm affects everything from a perfectly set up soccer goal to a successfully executed marketing strategy.
After attending this workshop, participants will be able to:
Explain the power of being in flow and physically demonstrate up and downbeats.
Collaborate within a team, toward an idea meritocracy.
Use flow and upbeats to generate creativity and ideas.
Be able to identify and modify a downbeat into an upbeat.
