Agility as a Key to Success
Bill Gates isn’t the only person who said: “success today requires the agility and drive to constantly rethink, reinvigorate, react and reinvent”. Organizational agility is critical in the new and dynamic idea economy.
This workshop demonstrates that the ability to fail and move on quickly, or pivot and change direction fast, is crucial to sustainability in the new global business environment. As “strength without agility is mere mass” (Fernando Pessoa).
Organizations seeking competitive advantages, or start-ups wanting to move fast, are faced with the challenge of agility. Over planning is no longer relevant. Reactive agility and simply starting have become critical factors.
Attendees will use rhythm to realize that starting with a compelling value offer, without overthinking, and then refining by learning from the market, is the route to agility.
After attending this workshop, participants will be able to:
Start a project with a basic roadmap and a clear goal, but without over planning.
Be comfortable failing quickly, learning and moving on.
Build an idea if it feels good, and refine it by paying attention to the environment.
React to challenges and/or opportunities with quick decision making.
